Having spare parts for the sprayer during the spraying period is very important, and even the smallest defect in the performance of any of the sprayer accessories will disrupt the spraying process.

Spraying is one of the most basic processes that is carried out in various agricultural operations (planting, tillage, harvesting and post-harvest operations), and during the tillage period, one of the essential tasks that must be done is spraying, and it is very important to do it using standard sprayers that are equipped with appropriate sprayer parts. This will prevent you from encountering problems during the spraying operation. The availability of sprayer spare parts, or in other words, sprayer spare parts, is one of the necessities that you should pay attention to in the spraying process.

Parts and accessories of different parts of the sprayer

The sprayer consists of three main parts: 1-Pump and pressure relief valve 2-Chassis and tank 3-Boom (in boom sprayers) Fan (in garden and agricultural turbine sprayers

1-Pump and pressure relief valve: The most important part of a sprayer, which perhaps includes the most frequently used spare parts of the sprayer. The diaphragm rubber, safety valve, valves and sometimes the valve head and cylinder head that break due to freezing, and in pressure relief valves, usually the breakage of the pressure relief handles, spring and pressure adjustment ball and plastic shell (in some pressure relief valves) are included among the consumables or consumable parts of the sprayer.

2-Chassis and tank: This part has few consumable parts, the most common problem is losing the tank lid, which usually happens during the march, cracking of the tank itself from areas that are most under pressure, and other spare parts of the sprayer, especially in type 400 and 600 liters of fracture of the knee joint and the vortex inside the tank.

3- Boom (in boom sprayers): Missing or widening of the nozzles is the most important part of the sprayer, which operators usually have problems with when cleaning the nozzles, and also the widening of the nozzle due to working high is one of the most common problems that a tractor operator faces when supplying spare parts for the sprayer. The filters behind the nozzle and the impeller behind the nozzle are also parts that must be replaced regularly. Some joints and joints may also be broken under the influence of pressure and stresses resulting from movement in the field, which must be provided at the right time and the necessary corrections made on them, so we must always have spare parts for the sprayer available so that we do not lose time in times of need to procure spare parts for the sprayer.
