Given the increase in the area of cultivated fields in parts of the world and the need to spray at the right time to prevent contamination of different parts of the field with pests, the need to use sprayers with higher capacity and also wider boom (wing) has arisen. In order to achieve the desired goal in the spraying and spraying process, semi-hydraulic boom sprayers are produced and used in various types of pull-type and mounted sprayers with different boom widths.
Features of boom sprayers or sprayers:
One of the most important features for using sprayers in large fields is the volume of the sprayer tank or sprayer. Which should be to the extent that it does not cause soil compaction or so-called increase in soil compaction coefficient or not so low that it causes excessive movement in the field to draw water from the reservoir.
Therefore, it should be taken into account that in fields that are large and usually have more than 100 hectares under cultivation, the use of 2000 liter sprayer tanks that are attached to the tractor in a traction manner and that have tires suitable for spraying can facilitate our spraying process as much as possible and save time for pesticides.
Considering the above points, the more width of the boom we use, the less excessive tractor traffic in the field, which can increase our performance in the field because each stage of the tractor passing over the crop can cause crop loss to some extent, especially when the crop has grown sufficiently and is no longer possible to return.
