Introduction to Roller Chisel:

Roller chisel is one of the tillage tools that is used in the land preparation process as both primary and secondary tillage. Chisels are usually used in three categories: 5-prong, 7-prong, and 9-prong, which are usually 5-prong in small fields and lighter tractors with a power of between 60 and 80 horsepower, and 7-prong for medium fields with tractors with a power of 80 to 100 horsepower, and also 9-prong and higher, which requires the most power to use, is used with tractors with a power of 100 to 120 horsepower.
The working depth of the chisel is medium and is between 20 and 30 centimeters from the soil surface, which, in addition to the advantages of low pressure, also puts little pressure on the tractor.
The structure or chassis of the device is usually made of hardened steel, and carbon or alloy steel, or so-called Sika steel, is also used to produce chisel blades.
The roller used in this device causes soil clods to crumble and prepares an almost even surface for cultivation operations.
