Description
When a pest attacks the field, you don’t have time to think about how to deal with it. Because every day or even every hour of delay in fighting the pest may have a significant impact on the performance of your crop. Having a boom sprayer (boom or winged) is a necessity that must be purchased according to the conditions of the field, the type of crop, and other matters. When fighting pests and weeds, we should always have a boom sprayer (winged or boomed) ready to use.
Features of the boom sprayer:
Long boom sprayers (with booms) are manufactured in two types: hydraulic and semi-hydraulic. The semi-hydraulic type usually has less depreciation than the fully hydraulic type due to the use of simpler equipment. Therefore, it is better to examine issues such as the type of crop, cultivated area, terrain, geographical conditions, and other issues for a correct and appropriate choice. Using sprayers with long booms in the range of 16 to 24 meters increases the speed of the spraying process and also reduces costs such as labor, fuel costs, and tractor depreciation.
Professional suspension:
One thing to consider when using a long boom sprayer is the type of suspension that must be considered for optimal boom performance. In such a way that the slightest tension applied to the boom structure can cause the end of the boom to hit the ground and cause damage to both the crop and the sprayer during spraying. So using a sprayer with professional suspension is very important. Here, we have equipped the boom structure with central suspension springs and cable holders to have minimal oscillation in the boom structure.
